We've all seen those signs, commercials, mailers and social media posts from companies offering to buy your homes for a quick "CASH" sale. The problem is they are not offering you "fair market value" for your home. Typically these offers are less than 1/2 of what it could sell for in the "open market"  even if your home needs some TLC or updating. Before you do anything, it’s worth your time to call me, your local real estate agent and home stager for a "FREE "second opinion.
